For the next generation

As a family-owned company, we think in terms of generations, not quarters – which is why training young people is particularly important to us. We invest a lot in our trainees, because their skills and expertise are the foundation for our future.

As a family-owned company, we think in terms of generations, not quarters – which is why training young people is particularly important to us. We invest a lot in our trainees, because their skills and expertise are the foundation for our future.

Our international trainee programme is just another way the DRÄXLMAIER Group helps contribute to the development of young people with high potential. Over the course of various modules and assignments, our trainees learn to work in intercultural teams, to reflect on themselves and to plan their careers, among other things. A range of assignments in different business unit functions promote interdisciplinary thinking and working, while also helping them to acquire complex knowledge and build a wide network within the company in no time.

Youth researches

As a future-oriented employer, fostering the curiosity and inquiring minds of young people is a matter close to DRÄXLMAIER’s heart.

Our company’s actions are based on innovation and our focus on the future. This is why fostering young talents within scientific and technical fields is a very important matter for us.

Since 2017, the DRÄXLMAIER Group has supported the Bavarian Jugend forscht competition as a partner company and host. With their innovative research projects, the state winners regularly rank among the leaders in the nationwide competition.

Social commitment

As a globally active company, the DRÄXLMAIER Group considers itself part of society. We want to be a partner to the regions where we are active.

As part of society, we carry social responsibility. We want to help shape and enhance the areas surrounding our locations – from a cultural, social, and economic perspective.

We are actively committed everywhere we have locations. Our commitment is as diverse as the regions where we are active.

By supporting social and educational establishments, we aim to improve the future viability of the regions. In offering regional cultural and family events, we also foster a lively cultural landscape. With all our activities, fostering young talents is especially important to us, as we want to give today’s youth the opportunity to develop freely and independently.
