Focus on moral courage
Our apprentices in Vilsbiburg took part in a hands-on training session organized by the Dominik Brunner Foundation, exploring what moral courage looks like in everyday life. The focus was on correctly assessing situations, taking responsibility, and acting with composure.
Through realistic exercises, participants learned specific strategies for handling conflict situations in public spaces. The training not only boosted their confidence in taking action but also strengthened their social skills, mutual respect, and responsible interaction with one another.
In addition, DRÄXLMAIER supported the foundation’s work with a donation of 1,000 euros. The initiative demonstrates how important it is to prepare young people for their future not only professionally but also personally.
