Persevere & step on the gas

Colleagues gathered at the “Nachspielzeit” after-work event in Vilsbiburg to gain new perspectives on team spirit and personal development. Guests included former Bundesliga pro Sebastian Maier and his father Manfred Maier, chairman of Soccer Club Landshut, who spoke openly about their shared journey in professional soccer.

They took the audience on a journey through highs and lows – from intense training phases to defining moments on the pitch. It became particularly clear how important support, trust, and belief in one's own abilities are for success. At the same time, the two showed how closely sport and the world of work are linked: team spirit, leadership, and recognizing potential are core values that also shape our everyday work at DRÄXLMAIER.

The event concluded with a sporting finale, during which guests and colleagues got active together – a moment that once again underlined how much such encounters strengthen our team spirit.
