"Ferien in der Werkstatt"

As the summer holidays come to an end, a very special week begins at the DRÄXLMAIER Group headquarters: “Ferien in der Werkstatt” invites tech-savvy young people to get hands-on experience. For a whole week, twelve participants aged between 12 and 16, immersed themselves in the world of technology! 

The pupils not only had the opportunity to build a solar-powered vehicle themselves, but also to get a taste of what it’s like to work at regional companies and experience a training session with the Rote Raben volleyball team. 

The vacation program's grand finale finally took place in the form of a race with an award ceremony on Friday. In addition to the prizes for the fastest vehicles, prizes were also awarded in the categories of technical workmanship and design. Creativity, speed and technical skills - the young talents demonstrated all of these qualities during “Ferien in der Werkstatt”.
