DRÄXLMAIER IT Contest

IT students show their skills in Pitești

The sixth edition of the DRÄXLMAIER IT Contest brought the most ambitious IT students into the spotlight. Participants were challenged to develop an application for Product Lifecycle Management, showcasing their creativity, technical expertise, and ability to deliver efficient solutions.

Mihaela Butnaru, Regional IT Manager for Eastern Europe and Head of the DRÄXLMAIER IT Center in Pitești, emphasized:
“The DRÄXLMAIER IT Contest is not just about coding. It’s about strategic thinking, innovation, and preparing for real-world challenges in the IT industry. We are committed to supporting young talent and fostering their development in technology.”

The top three projects were awarded, but all participants gained valuable experience that will benefit them in their future careers.
As participant Daniel put it:
“I took on the challenge because I want to become a well-prepared programmer and better understand the process of creating a successful project.”
