What do you like best about your training?
What I like best is the great collaboration with my colleagues. They are always helpful and make my work pleasant, even on difficult days.
Why did you choose the company and your apprenticeship?
The familial atmosphere at DRÄXLMAIER particularly appealed to me. In addition, my training as a technical model maker is actually the continuation of my hobby: I have turned my passion into my profession, so to speak.
What does your workday look like?
After a morning chat with our colleagues, we start with our usual activities. These are varied and you never really know what to expect throughout the day. We spend our breaks together and apart from that there is always a good atmosphere. I generally look forward to my workdays. I feel like I learn a lot here. We also like to joke around together and there’s a friendly, collegial atmosphere all around.
Where do people meet you after work?
After work, you can find me with my horse in the paddock or in my own little workshop. I can apply things I’ve learned at work to my own projects here, which I really enjoy.
