What is your job at DRÄXLMAIER?
I am currently completing a training as a warehouse logistics specialist. I am mainly responsible for incoming and outgoing goods.
Why did you choose DRÄXLMAIER as a company?
I chose this company because I have a lot of friends who work here. The company’s generally good reputation was also a reason. DRÄXLMAIER also offers many opportunities, e.g. as an apprentice you can continue your training abroad as early as the second year of your apprenticeship.
What do you like best about your job?
What I like best about my apprenticeship is the variety of theory and practice.
Your best team experience so far?
In the first week right at the beginning of the new training year, there was an initiation week giving all the new DRÄXLMAIER apprentices a chance to get to know each other. There were lots of games and projects that focused on team building. Whether they were 21 years old or 15 years old, every new apprentice was on the same level—differences didn’t matter.
What do you like to do in your free time and what are your hobbies?
In my free time, I like to play soccer and meet up with friends.
Do you plan to continue your education after your training?
Maybe I’ll do a bachelor’s degree, master craftsman or something similar.
