What are your tasks as an intern at DRÄXLMAIER?
My tasks at DRÄXLMAIER include the conception and design of various media for internal and external channels. I also support the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects. I take an active part in the maintenance and preparation of in-house studios for photography, film, and live streaming and provide support during filming and in post-production.
What do you like best about your job?
I particularly like the variety between the office work and the practical assignments on video or photo shoots. What I enjoy most is working behind the camera and the subsequent post-production work.
Your best team experience so far?
I am grateful for the strong team spirit and the appreciative atmosphere in our team.
What skills or experiences have you gained at DRÄXLMAIER that you particularly value?
Since starting my job, I have gained many valuable skills that have helped me both personally and professionally, for example, in working with various programs like Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
What do you like to do in your free time and what are your hobbies?
In my free time, I enjoy playing the violin in an orchestra.
Do you have any tips or advice for other students?
My tip for students is to approach new opportunities with curiosity and openness and to take the chance to learn from experienced colleagues. It’s important to realize that at the beginning of your career you don’t yet have the experience of a long-term employee and that your own path is therefore an exciting learning process that becomes richer over time.
Is there a specific goal that you are pursuing in your career?
In my career, I strive to continuously develop my skills in media production. I am particularly interested in growing my skills in areas such as photography, film, and post-production to always be able to contribute creatively and technically in all phases of a project.
