Mobility Services

„For me, it's the small steps that count. Many individual decisions add up. The important thing is to act consciously and just get started."

In which area do you work at DRÄXLMAIER? What do you do in your job?

I work in the Mobility Services division and provide support on global governance issues related to fleet, bus, and shuttle management. In particular, I focus on further developing policies, systems, and electric mobility. My goals are to create simple digital processes and promote sustainable mobility.

How is your role related to sustainability?

Sustainability is a central part of my work: Together with my team, I am driving the electrification of our fleet and developing sustainable mobility solutions.

How does your work contribute to the DRÄXLMAIER Group's sustainability goals?

We are making a significant contribution to reducing CO2e emissions, primarily through the electrification of our company fleet. The appropriate infrastructure also plays a role in this. The parking garage in Vilsbiburg is equipped with a photovoltaic system. The electricity generated can be used to charge electric vehicles. Employees also benefit from discounted charging options.

How does it feel to be part of this transformation?

It feels good to make a tangible contribution to the environment through your own work and to play an active role in shaping change.

Where do you see yourself in the future?

Electrification is already an integral part of our mobility. Going forward, the main focus will be on further expanding these options and making mobility even easier to use.

What does sustainability mean to you personally?

For me, it's the small steps that count. Many individual decisions add up. The important thing is to act consciously and just get started.

How relevant do you think the topic of sustainability is?

Sustainability plays a major role in our professional and personal lives today. Everyone can do their part.

How does sustainability affect you outside of work?

I'm trying to live more mindfully: eating less meat, minimizing packaging as much as possible, and making more sustainable consumption choices in my daily life. It's often the small decisions that make a difference in the long run.
