Forty-four year old Diana Patrizia Eid has been the head of   Recruiting at the DRÄXLMAIER Group since 1st July 2016 and with that is responsible for national and international personnel recruiting in the organization.

"The DRÄXMAIER Group has moved in a positive direction over the past few years. But the organization's enormous growth has placed new demands on our Recruiting Department", said the Director of HR at the DRÄXLMAIER Group Roland Polte. "As a supplier to the premium automobile industry, we aim to fill the positions to ensure they are tailored exactly to the personality and technical skills of each employee – and we want to do this worldwide. I'm very pleased that as an experienced strategist and expert, Diana Eid will continue enhancing the standards and processes of our Recruiting", Polte continued.

Eid studied business administration in Regensburg. As a personnel and marketing expert,  she can look back on 15 successful years of recruiting for leading corporations and strategy consultants like the Boston Consultant Group or Bain & Company Inc. In her projects, she also implemented transnational process standards, improved KPI's over a long term and increased the profile and attractiveness of each corporate brand with employer branding campaigns.

Eid, who in her free time enjoys riding her racing bike and her motor-cycle or traveling by car, wants to tackle the new challenges at the DRÄXLMAIER Group in a precise, reliable, genuine way. "Our target is worldwide excellence. The DRÄXLMAIER Group strives to achieve the highest standards in every area, and with that also in recruiting. In an international environment, we also have to take the regional and cultural factors into consideration in order to meet the needs of potential local applicants", said Eid.

The DRÄXLMAIER Group offers career starters and professionals the opportunity of making substantial contributions, both nationally and internationally. "We are growing and are searching in every area, currently particularly in Development and in IT", said Eid.
