Excellence Award: We celebrate our employees

19. January 2023 These are our best: Six international teams are pleased to receive the internal DRÄXLMAIER Excellence Award.

The highly anticipated presentation of this year's Excellence Awards took place on January 19. Chairman Fritz Dräxlmaier, Vice-Chairman and CEO Stefan Brandl, CEO Jan Reblin and further members of top management honored outstanding achievements of a total of six teams from international locations.

For years, the Excellence Award has contributed significantly to an improved perception and appreciation of excellent projects and teams in our company. Consequently, the prestigious award strengthens a corporate culture of innovation and top performance. Therefore, it was clear that the award would be presented again as soon as the pandemic allowed it.

"Today's world is characterized by changes and new challenges. But one thing has always distinguished us at DRÄXLMAIER – the pursuit of excellence. It is the commitment and dedication of all employees that have always motivated the company to perform at its best," emphasized Stefan Brandl and continued: "Due to the difficult framework conditions in the automotive industry, innovative ideas, customer orientation, digital transformation, excellent processes, sustainability and leadership are essential in order to survive in the competition and secure our position as the  premium segment's preferred system supplier. During the past years of crisis, we have once again proven that we stick together, even in uncertain times and create the basis for our continued success as a strong team with a common goal. The nominees and the winners of the Excellence Award have particularly distinguished themselves and have delivered outstanding performances with the highest level of commitment."

Following Brandl's opening speech, the jury members of the six categories honored these above-average achievements with laudations, special prizes and the Excellence Award trophies.
