DRÄXLMAIER Group is Top Employer 2019
The DRÄXLMAIER Group was acclaimed the “Top Automotive Employer in Germany” in 2019 for the twelfth consecutive time; once again, this makes the company one of the outstanding employers in the automobile industry in Germany this year. In a major employer survey, independent consultants from expert accounting firms evaluated the HR processes and strategies of the participating companies on behalf of the Top Employers Institute.
“The certification and the audit were very demanding and extensive. The standards are set higher every year, and all the participating companies constantly have to work hard to achieve successful results for the certification,” said Frank Heger, who is responsible for Recruiting Germany at the DRÄXLMAIER Group. To be certified as a Top Employer, all those taking part in the survey have to meet an internationally defined standard. Only the best employers receive the coveted award. The Top Employers Institute in Düsseldorf, which has been distinguishing top employers throughout the world since 1991, honors companies with outstanding employee orientation that are permanently working on implementing and enhancing their personnel strategies to create a working environment enabling employees to develop in the direction of their specific objectives.
In 2019, DRÄXLMAIER once again made its presence felt with its concepts. “Our career programs, our various career opportunities, flexible working time models and many other HR initiatives enable us to meet the wishes and needs of our employees in an optimal way,” explained Anna Windhager, who accepted the award on behalf of the entire team. “Receiving this award shows that we are an attractive again this year.”
