Dräxlmaier Group among the Top Three Best Recruiters in the Automotive Industry in Germany
The largest recruiting study in Germany, now being conducted for the second time, took place from September through December 2012 and looked at the recruiting quality of the top 500 employers in Germany, as determined annually by the nationwide daily newspaper DIE WELT. The study used test calls and unsolicited applications to analyze and evaluate a company's online recruiting presence, online job postings, applicant interaction and applicant feedback, among other aspects. The Dräxlmaier Group was above average in several categories, and eared a ranking of ‘Best’ in applicant interaction. "In this category we rank in first place, above all other companies in the automotive industry," rejoiced Frank Heger.
For the Dräxlmaier Group, this top placing for Career’s Best Recruiter is confirmation that they are going in the right direction with recruiting. At the same time, the detailed report from the study also showed where things can be even better. One example is the area of social media. The Dräxlmaier Group intends to work on improvement here, as well as maintaining the high professional level of their recruiting activities and remaining a skilled point of contact for potential new associates. The company receives a constant input of around 12,000 applications per year, so that approximately 1,000 applications per month must be handled and answered. For this reason, the award as one of the best recruiters in Germany is both an incentive and an obligation to continue to improve their top recruiting process even more.
