DRÄXLMAIER celebrates anniversary as top employer
The DRÄXLMAIER Group has won the award "Top Employer Automotive Germany 2017" for the tenth time in a row. With this rating, the company ranks among the outstanding employers in the automobile industry in Germany again in 2017. In a large employer survey, independent consultants from an experienced accounting firm assigned by the Top Employers Institute assessed the HR processes and strategies of the participating companies.
All the participants had to meet an internationally defined standards in order to become certified as a top employer. Only the best employers received the coveted award.
"The DRÄXLMAIER Group has again fulfilled its role as a dedicated employer throughout the divisions", said Diana Eid, Director of Global Recruiting at DRÄXLMAIER. She accepted the award at a festive gala held by the Top Employers Institute at the Rheinterrassen Düsseldorf.
