Corporate Communications area of Dräxlmaier Group under new leadership

09. May 2014 Effective May 1, Doris Zellner assumed the leadership of the corporate communication area at the Dräxlmaier Group. Pia-Maria Görner, former head of corporate communication, has left the automotive supplier of her own accord to take on a new challenge. After experiencing rapid growth internationally in recent years, communication is becoming more and more important for the Dräxlmaier Group. At the current time, Dräxlmaier employs around 50,000 employees, at more than 60 sites in over 20 countries.

    After earning a degree in engineering from the Technical University of Munich, Doris Zellner began her professional career in management consulting. She then worked in several capacities at a world-renowned publishing house. She brings considerable experience in the areas of communication and international cooperation. In 2011, she moved to the corporate communications area of the Dräxlmaier Group in Vilsbiburg, Germany, where she became very familiar with the automotive supplier. “I am very honored by the trust that has been placed in me and excited about upcoming challenges,” she said at the corporate headquarters of the Dräxlmaier Group in Vilsbiburg.


    Dr. Tobias Nickel will continue to handle the overall management of corporate communications and marketing for the Dräxlmaier Group.
