Contributions to company's success for almost four decades
Haslinger resigned as CEO at his own request but will remain with the company in an advisory role until his retirement. A member of the management board since 2006, Haslinger took over the CEO role in April 2020.
"For almost four decades, his personality, his experience and his flair when it comes to sales made Franz Haslinger a significant contribution to the successful development of the company," said Chairman Fritz Dräxlmaier. "I would like to thank him on behalf of the entire company for his great commitment."

Reblin 'ideal choice for CEO'
As CEO, Reblin will lead the company together with Vice Chairman and CEO Stefan Brandl. Since 2010, Reblin has helped develop the technology of the battery systems business area at DRÄXLMAIER. After various leadership positions in the Technical Engineering and Operations departments, he assumed the role of chief operations officer in 2020. Since the beginning of 2022, he also acted as chief customer officer before being appointed CEO.

"Jan Reblin has successfully taken on intricate roles in our company several times in the past," said Fritz Dräxlmaier. "I am convinced that he and Stefan Brandl are the ideal choices for the CEO position."
Reblin is looking forward to the new task. "I would like to thank you for the trust you have placed in me," he said. "In my new role as CEO, I will continue to work with all my passion for the success of the DRÄXLMAIER Group."
