Another award for the DRÄXLMAIER Group as a Top Employer

14. May 2021 For the 13th time in a row, the DRÄXLMAIER Group was certified as Top Employer Engineers Germany.

The Top Employers Institute validates numerous companies every year on the basis of a comprehensive questionnaire and detailed feedback discussions with regard to their HR processes. The analysis serves as the basis for a benchmark with corresponding point scoring. In 2021, 1,700 companies worldwide, 141 of them in Germany, were named Top Employers.
In order to keep the requirements of the market and employees up to date at all times and thus to map focus topics and trends, the subject areas and the catalog of questions were comprehensively revised in 2020. Trending topics that came even more into focus include digitization, engagement, as well as diversity and inclusion.

DRÄXLMAIER Group wants to grow even further
The DRÄXLMAIER Group not only uses certification as a Top Employer for personnel marketing, but the detailed results of the benchmark are used in particular for continuous further development in the personnel area. The company stood out particularly positively in the context of this year's certification through its personnel strategy, talent acquisition and measures for the development of executives. "We are undoubtedly a highly attractive employer and thanks to our continuous commitment we can expand our position year after year", says Diana Eid, responsible for HR Strategy & Corporate Functions at DRÄXLMAIER.
"Many of the aspects in which we have consistently scored points in recent years have meanwhile become the industry standard," explains Jerzy Bittner, who is responsible for recruiting at DRÄXLMAIER in Germany. "Now it is important to maintain the pioneering role, especially in the establishment of future-oriented work and collaboration models, but also in the areas of diversity and inclusion," said Bittner.
