Online training: Sustainability in the supply chain
The DRÄXLMAIER Group offers a practice-oriented online training course that supports our suppliers in meeting the requirements of sustainable and responsible business practices. The aim of the training is to provide our suppliers with an in-depth understanding of the specific sustainability requirements and processes. This enables them to effectively integrate sustainable practices into their business processes and successfully implement the sustainability goals of the DRÄXLMAIER Group.
Aurora transformation program
With our digital transformation journey, we are actively shaping our digital future. This is not just about new technologies; we are also modernizing our existing processes, accelerating our workflows, and making them more efficient and sustainable. In this way, we are securing our long-term successful cooperation with our external and internal partners.
In this context, we will undergo comprehensive changes to our systems and existing processes as we introduce a new state-of-the-art purchasing platform. As part of the DRÄXLMAIER Digital Transformation, the Aurora transformation program aims to establish a comprehensive software solution for the procurement and ordering process as well as supplier management for the global purchasing organization and internal and external interfaces with the ivalua Procurement Suite.
In the future, we will need your help to implement this major transformation program in various areas. At this point, however, no action is required on your part. DRÄXLMAIER will inform you early and regularly about the effects of the rollout that are relevant to the various divisions.

On June 25, 2021, the German federal government passed the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LKSG). The law aims to improve the international human rights situation by setting requirements for responsible supply chain management.
DRÄXLMAIER already acts responsibly: For several years, we have been reviewing compliance with social and environmental issues in our supply chain. Since January 1, 2023, we have been required to demonstrate our responsible actions to the German Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA). For this reason, the DRÄXLMAIER Group has decided to use IntegrityNext, a digital platform for collecting sustainability data from suppliers. IntegrityNext allows you to quickly upload your certificates or, alternatively, answer simple and standardized questions.
Therefore, together with our service provider IntegrityNext, we have invited our business partners to participate in the self-assessment on topics such as environmental protection, human and labor rights, and responsibility in the supply chain.
