How does the Design Center ensure compliance with customer specifications while innovating premium wiring harnesses?
We start by understanding every detail of our customers’ requirements and industry standards. Each design goes through strict validation to guarantee safety and reliability. At the same time, we innovate—optimizing weight, improving energy efficiency, and integrating new technologies. This balance between precision and creativity ensures that our solutions meet specifications while adding real value.
Can you describe a project where advanced CAD tools played a key role in design success?
We recently tackled a major challenge: designing a wiring harness for a premium electric vehicle with extremely limited space. Using CATIA V5/V6, we achieved precise 3D routing, while Capital Logic validated the electrical schematics. Capital Harness LDorado generated detailed 2D drawings and accurate bills of materials, and Teamcenter ensured seamless overall coordination. Finally, EB-CABLE provided complete traceability. This integrated approach allowed us to anticipate issues, minimize rework, and deliver an optimal design on time.
