In manufacturing, what is one important factor that leads to success?
Training. You need to have a great trainer and the initiative to practice.
What are you most proud of?
I am proud of myself for being with DRÄXLMAIER for 23 years.
How do you implement and maintain your Cambodian values in the workplace?
In my culture, it's important to respect and love each other. That is exactly the kind of attitude I take with me to work. I respect and love my team because they have become my family.
When was a time you felt challenged?
Lamination is a special skill that not everybody can do. Being able to perfect this skill is something I take a lot of pride in.
What pivotal moments from the past still motivate you today?
I was a team leader for almost seven years. I learned a lot from that experience. I also used to be a trainer. Now, I am able to teach new skills to the team every now and then if they need help.
