A megfelelőségi képviselet
A Megfelelőségi Képviselet az Igazgatóság összes tagjából, a Vállalati Megfelelőségi Tisztviselőből, valamint a Megfelelőségi Szakértői Bizottság tagjaiból áll. A Megfelelőségi Tanács a Megfelelőség-kezelési Rendszer alapvető kérdéseivel, valamint a helyi vagy kisebb jelentőségűnél nagyobb jelentőségű megfelelési ügyekkel foglalkozik.
Vállalati Megfelelőségi Iroda
A Vállalati Megfelelőségi Iroda kezeli a Megfelelőségirányítási Rendszer operatív intézkedéseinek végrehajtását. Ez magában foglalja az alkalmazottak tájékoztatását és tanácsadását, képzések nyújtását, a megfelelési szabálysértések kivizsgálásának lefolytatását vagy támogatását és dokumentálását, valamint a Megfelelőségi Tanácsnak és az Igazgatóságnak történő jelentéstételt.

Country Compliance Office
The tasks of the Country Compliance Officer primarily correspond to those of the Corporate Compliance Officer at a local level. The Country Compliance Officer reports to the Corporate Compliance Officer and escalates any cases with group relevance to the Corporate Compliance Office.
Compliance Expert Committee
The Compliance Expert Committee advises the Corporate Compliance Office in all matters related to the compliance management system. In particular, it recommends concrete steps in investigation procedures in the event of compliance violations.
Compliance specialists
The compliance specialists and their global network work toward compliance with legal provisions in the relevant business divisions of the DRÄXLMAIER Group. This applies to all compliance topics assigned to these divisions, such as export control, money laundering prevention, tax compliance, EHS compliance, technical compliance, or data privacy. These compliance specialists regularly communicate with the Corporate Compliance Office for an end-to-end compliance management system.
