The DRÄXLMAIER Group provides more than 100 premium automobile models with innovative products. These include electrical systems, which assure the energy and data supply in the auto, and high-voltage batteries for electrical vehicles. Our interior experts also have products for the automobile interior, such as cockpits, center consoles and door panels.  

During the 18-month trainee program with the DRÄXLMAIER Group you will get to know all the departments in your area thoroughly. After that, a challenging job with excellent prospects will be waiting for you. As soon as possible we will provide all information about the next trainee program here.

What you should bring for your education as a trainee at DRÄXLMAIER:

  • Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree at the beginning of the program, with some initial practical experience
  • Maximum of three years’ professional experience after the highest level of education
  • Very good German and English skills; other foreign language skills are also welcome
  • Intercultural skills, ideally from previous foreign experience 
  • Readiness to accept foreign assignments

  • In which areas will the trainee program be offered?

    The program is offered in every business segment, depending on demand. We do not have any trainee vacancies at the moment. 

  • When does the next trainee program start?

    Currently all vacancies are filled. As soon as a new trainee program is offered, you will find it here.

  • What are the integral components of the trainee program at DRÄXLMAIER?

    The integral components of our trainee program are:

    • An individual flowchart, which includes three or four project phases in the different departments of a division
    • A project at one of our international DRÄXLMAIER site
    • Accompanying training modules aligned with your individual development
    • A one-week assignment at one of our production plants during the first months of the program
    • Frequent network meetings
    • Continuous mentor support 
  • What is the payment policy for trainees at the DRÄXLMAIER Group?

    There is no difference between direct entrants and trainees.

  • Which degree is needed to become a trainee at DRÄXMAIER?

    Applicants should have a bachelor's degree and entry-level work experience, or a master's degree or a university degree (diploma).

    Besides the trainee program, DRÄXLMAIER offers other attractive national and international entry opportunities. If you are a direct entry, you will quickly assume responsibility after a structured orientation process and become an important part of our team from the very beginning.
