The use of renewable energy has occupied Lars-Erik Pudwel since the beginning of his studies in mechanical engineering. As a trainee in the electronics area, he can make a contribution to the further development of alternative drives.
Why I am happy to be a trainee at DRÄXLMAIER:
The trainee program was most interesting to me because of its international orientation. I will spend at least three months abroad in this program, and I am already looking forward to it. In addition, I have the opportunity to learn about many topics so that I can understand the overall DRÄXLMAIER development process. As a mechanical engineer, I can also further educate myself in the electronics area.
My expectations from the trainee program:
During the training, I would like to quickly develop myself further and assume responsibility in my own interdisciplinary projects. I will use the trainee program to become acquainted with many people and acquire a good overview of the interfaces in the company.
I meet regularly with my mentor for “fireside chats.” We discuss my experiences and work together to identify improvements I can make in subject knowledge and soft skills. This support is just wonderful!
