We are currently looking for:

Systems architect (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the architecture and specification of electronic control units for electrical systems in the interior and exterior, high-voltage and low-voltage range.
  • Carry out innovative projects in collaboration with the faculty and chairs of the TU Munich
  • Create and administer feasibility studies to ensure reliability and responsibility for Requirements Management
  • Compile security concepts as per agreement with the customer and provide support in the security analysis

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering (electrical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering, information technology, etc.), or has completed vocational training with further qualification as a technician (e.g. electrical engineering).
  • Several years of work experience as a systems engineer, hardware or software architect, ideally in the automotive area or in automation technology.

Designer Mechatronics (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

  • 3D design of electro-mechanical parts for future issues of the automobile industry: E-mobility, connectivity, autonomous driving, Industry 4.0
  • Constructive design of new systems and assembly groups for use in the area of storage systems as well as lighting technology in the interior and exterior
  • Electro-mechanical design of parts and assembly groups
  • Carry out innovative projects in collaboration with the faculty and chairs of the TU Munich
  • Cooperation in inter-disciplinary teams (design, software development, testing)

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, precision engineering, etc.) or has training and further qualification as a technician
  • Initial work experience in the design of electro-mechanical assembly groups, ideally in the automotive field
  • Mandatory knowledge of CATIA V5; experience with Siemens NX is preferred

Hardware developer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Circuit and concept design of automotive electronic parts
  • Responsible for the selection of hardware parts
  • Carry out innovative projects in collaboration with the faculty and chairs at the TU Munich
  • Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams (Design, Software Development, Testing)
  • Sets up circuit diagrams and simulations as well as PCB layouts

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (e.g. automotive engineering specializing in electrical systems, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.), or has training with further qualification as a technician
  • Initial experience with circuit simulation in the automotive field and expertise in circuit and layout design
  • Knowledge of hardware-based programming
  • Know-how in automotive BUS Systems, like Automotive Ethernet, CAN, LIN

Software developer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Development of software for control units in electro-mobility, autonomous driving, innovative lighting technology and digital service for Cloud applications
  • Carry out innovative projects in collaboration with the faculty and chairs at the TU Munich
  • Participation in planning and implementing functions of control units and digital services
  • Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams (Design, Software Development, Testing) as well as simulation, test and integration of the software parts into the whole system
  • Identification of trends in the automotive field

Requirements:

  • Degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering or information technology
  • Knowledge of embedded software development
  • Experience in model-based development (Matlab/Simulink, UML) and in hardware-based software and functions development focusing on C

Software Developer Cloud and Digital Services (m/w/d)

Tasks:

  • Develop cloud-based apps and platforms from the idea right up to go-live
  • Be part of an agile team with a great degree of freedom and self-responsibility
  • Provide support in the iterative design process for continual improvement of the products
  • Implement innovative projects in cooperation with the faculties and professorial chairs of the TU Munich  
  • Identify trends in the automotive and web environment 

Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in Information Technology, Communications Engineering, Business Information Technology, Media Informatics (or similar)
  • Good skills in the development of web applications – frontend (Javascript/Typescript, HTML, CSS/SASS and in Frameworks like Angular or React) and backend (Python, Javascript, SQL)
  • Initial experience with cloud providers  like AWS or Azure and with microservice and serverless architectures
  • Experience with UI/UX Design
