  • Electric Vehicle Simulation

    Your tasks

    • Initial training in an innovative simulation model for electric vehicles

    • Development of new components and functions and implementation into the overall system

    • Validate and test the components in the system

    • Document and present the results

    • Cooperate closely with the development team on the DRÄXLMAIER Campus


    Your profile

    • Technical degree (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology)

    • Preferably skills in working with Matlab / Simulink  

    • Ideally initial experience in object-oriented programming

    • Good command of German and English

  • UX/UI-Design für Automotive-Apps

    Your tasks  

    • Graphic design of user interfaces for Web and Mobile Apps

    • Provide support for the compilation of UI/UX concepts including making user research to refine the concepts

    • Participate in the implementation of initial prototypes

    • Close involvement in inter-disciplinary, agile teams from the concept phase to release

    • Provide support for the iterative design process to continually improve the product


    Your profile

    • Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Media Informatics or Web Design

    • Ideally initial experience in the design of Web and Mobile Apps

    • Basic skills in working with HTML, CSS, Javascript or Swift (iOS)

    • Affinity for modern, clear designs

    • Interested in new trends and developments in the media and design world

    • Good command of German and English

  • Test Bench Automation

    Your tasks

    • Designing, drafting and implementing strategies to network and control our measuring devices

    • Automated analysis, preparation, evaluation and interpretation of data

    • Definition and implementation of various test scenarios as per agreement without experts

    • Compiling a user interface for different types of applications and configure the measurement setup.

    • Graphic display and evaluation of the measurement results


    Your profile

    • Technical degree (e.g. electrical engineering, information technology or the like.)

    • Primary skills in using MATLAB would be preferable

    • Ideally basic knowledge of programming with C#

    • Interest in metrology and data analysis

    • Very good command of German and English

  • Innovation Management

    Your tasks

    • Work out a strategy to establish  modern working methods and tools in hardware and software development

    • Set up a concept to open the innovation process with formats like Open Innovation, Hackathon, working together with Start-ups and the like

    • Set up a concept to promote the generation and evaluation of ideas in advance development and recommend suitable tools

    • Enhance knowledge management by evaluating internal requirements and working out appropriate solution suggestions

    • Revise the reporting mechanism for basic research projects

    • Administrative monitoring of basic research project with regards to the cost status and work progress with suitable reporting mechanisms and committees


    Your profile

    • Technical or economics degree (e.g. Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or the like.)

    • Very good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

    • Ideally basic knowledge in the area of Innovations Management

    • Independent way of working and strong communication skills

  • Machine Learning

    Your tasks

    • Training in simulation models for electric vehicles and in in-house Cloud solutions

    • Participate in the tool chain for structured development of machine learning algorithms

    • Combine machine learning with simulation and Cloud

    • Train and evaluate neural networks for specific application cases in the automobilte and production environment

    •  Work closely with the development team on the DRÄXLMAIER Campus


    Your profile

    • Technical degree (e.g. information technology electrical engineering)

    • Initial experience in working with Matlab/Simulink

    • Basic skills in working with Linux and Index Management (Git, SVN)

    • Ideally basic knowledge of Python and Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)

  • Electromechanical Engineering Design

    Your tasks

    • Research, plant, design and construct electromechanical parts and assembly groups

    • Specify part-related requirements regarding the geometrical design and material selection

    • Coordinate design tasks and changes with the interface partners

    • Participate in problem analyses and solutions regarding specific product and process problems


    Your profile

    • Technical degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics)

    • Familiar with working with CATIA V5

    • Ideally initial experience with forming and joining methods and assembly processes

    • Good command of German and English
