The Dräxlmaier Group is located at 51 sites throughout the world today.
50 years have elapsed since the companies Lisa and Eldra were established, and what remarkable years they have been. The first 30 years saw the business blossom into fifteen different firms and factories both in Germany and elsewhere. This attests to the determination to grow steadily and secure market share. The last nineteen years have seen a doubling in the number of both sites and employees. This is consistent with the growth patterns of the past, but it is also symptomatic of the enormous transformation that has taken place in the automobile and automotive supply industry since the early 1990's.

In a market that is now dominated by mega-suppliers, Dräxlmaier is one of the few remaining family enterprises. At the same time, the Dräxlmaier Group is one of the very few automotive suppliers possessing expertise in auto electric, interiors, plastics, toolmaking and logistics.
