The company's product lineup expands rapidly during its first six years. Plans for a new factory, already on the drawing board in 1962, become a reality in 1964 as the company opens its first very own 2,400 square-meter manufacturing facility. (Today, this is Building 1minus the office structure.) Production of polyurethane foam components begins.
