The competence network comprises all employees involved in a process. It is their task to optimally implement and further develop their processes under consideration of the principle "as much uniformity as possible, as much individuality as necessary."
The process model serves as a communication platform. It contains the process structure and therefore supports the exchange of information within and between the process networks.
With the management cockpit, the process networks evaluate process performance using key performance indicators (KPI). This allows the evaluation of the effectiveness of defined and implemented optimization actions.
