	Senior Project Manager Electrical Systems China (m/f) Quality Specialist
	The quality of our products is high. Make sure at one of our sites in China that they stay that way ! You are our key contact to our customer in all quality issues connected with the electrical products you are in charge of, while taking the quality norms and commercial aspect of the subject into account. To do that, you work closely with the internal process partners in Development and Production, both at home and abroad and report to the technical supervising project manager. Whenever our customers require changes, you evaluate the feasibility and, if necessary, take the required corrective action for the product and for the production process. You participate in the trial installations at the customer’s plant, work actively on continual improvement process and FMEA topics, make process audits together with the customer and participate in compiling test documents. In quality assurance projects with internal and external service providers, you take over the coordination of quality issues and are responsible for the entire release process of this product with the customer.
	After obtaining your degree in engineering (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering), you acquired 4-5 years of work experience in the automotive area, especially in the field of electrical systems, and then managed and successfully concluded the quality issues for an automobile project running for at least two years. As a project manager with a high degree of social competence, you are able to motivate your project team to reach ambitious goals. You know how to assert yourself even in difficult discussions and, thanks to your very good knowledge of English and ideally good Chinese, can communicate confidently, even in international business. Your analytical way of thinking and dealing, your competence in solving problems and your ability to work in a team complete your profile.
